Notice to County One Clubs

Where a County One match is postponed and then re-arranged, the club fixture secretary must notify
both the CCUA Appointments Secretary, Ron Fenton, and the original match umpires of re-scheduled
date, as soon as date agreed by clubs.  Their contact details can be found on page 300 of current CCB
   Yearbook.

Notice to Division 2 East & West Clubs

Due to shortage of CCUA Panel Umpires, it is not possible to regularly supply officials to CCL
matches outside of Premier and County One Divisions.

The Appointments Secretary shall notify those Division 2 East & West home teams to be allocated Panel
Umpires.   Unfortunately, such announcement is unlikely to be made prior to the Friday evening before
scheduled match.   It will also be posted on this website.

Unless all clubs become more active in seeking suitable personnel to train and qualify as competent club
and/or panel umpires, the present situation is likely to further deteriorate as senior umpires retire or
decide, for other reasons, to call it a day!
